DillySocks worden ontworpen in Zwitserland en geproduceerd door een familiebedrijf in Portugal. Het doel is om unieke sokken te maken met een zo klein mogelijke ecologische voetafdruk. Dit doet Dilly door gebruik te maken van biologisch afbreekbare materialen. Naast dat de sokken duurzaam geproduceerd worden, heeft Dilly ook een oplossing voor de overproductie: deze sokken worden omgetoverd naar knuffels in samenwerking met The Pigna Foundation door mensen met een verstandelijke beperking. De gehele opbrengst hiervan gaat naar het goede doel, dit betekend dat er dus niks weggegooid wordt, maar dat de sokken een nieuw leven als knuffel krijgen.
